BLOGMAS DAY 4: A-Z of Christmas

Welcome to day 4 of blogmas.

Today’s post is an A-Z of Christmas. This post was honestly one of the most difficult posts I’ve had to write. It was so tough trying to think of different things and I do feel there is a little bit of repetition but I hope you like it all the same! Let’s get to it!

A – Advent Calendars

I always adore Advent Calendars each year. This year, I have 2. I have my chocolate one and a makeup one from Revolution!

B – Baking

I love baking this time of year. There are so many Christmas goodies to bake which I can’t wait to do.

C – Celebrations

You know those tubs of chocolate like Heroes, Roses, Quality Street? Celebrations is probably my favourite.

D – Decorations

I love decorating for Christmas. There are so many beautiful decorations and I think my Mum has done an incredible job this year!

E – Elf

Elf is honestly one of my favourite Christmas films. I really look forward to watching it each year! I might have to go and watch it now!

F – Father Christmas

The reason why I included Father Christmas is purely because of the Coca-Cola advert. When that appears on TV, I know Christmas is not too far away.

G – Gifts

I love giving and receiving gifts. Seeing everyone’s reactions is always fun!

H – Hot Chocolate

I don’t know why but I always associate hot chocolate with Christmas. Maybe it’s due to the idea of curling under the blanket watching a Christmas film with one.

I – It’s a Wonderful Life

Another one of my favourite films!

J – Jumpers

I’m not only talking about Christmas jumpers but gorgeous oversized jumpers perfect for cosying up when it’s chilly out.

K – Kiss under the Mistletoe

Not that this has ever happened to me, mind you.

L – Last Christmas

One of my favourite Christmas songs! I’ve also heard the film is meant to be good too!

M – Mince Pies

When I was younger, I used to absolutely hate clowns but nowadays, I adore them!

N – Nutcrackers

My Mum has so many nutcrackers for decoration and I love how pretty they look!

O – Oranges

Anyone else associate oranges with Christmas or is it just me? Orange hot chocolate for example.

P – Pantomime

I used to adore going to see my local Pantomime at the Theatre. Of course, that won’t be happening this year sadly but I have so many fun memories from when I was younger!

Q – Queen’s speech

I mean, it happens every year.

R – Reindeers

Rudolph? My favourite reindeer.

S – Snow

Not that it snows at Christmas but one can live in hope, right?

T – Tree

The Christmas Tree is the best part of Christmas decorations if I’m completely honest!

U – Unwrapping

Unwrapping Christmas presents is always fine but I particularly enjoy watching others unwrap their presents and seeing their reactions.

V – Visitors

I love seeing everyone at Christmas time. This may not be happening this year but it’s okay. There’s always next year!

W – Wreath

We have a gorgeous wreath up on our front door which inspired my theme for this month in my Bullet Journal!

X – Xmas

I couldn’t think of anything else so have an abbreviated version of Christmas!

Y – Yule Log

Again, I really struggled with this one for some reason. It was the only thing I could think of!

Z – Zzzzz

I guarantee someone in my family will end up having a nap at some point!

Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoyed!

Love Beth

  1. I’ve been reading a few different Blogmas posts, but I love this one. I wouldn’t even have thought of an A-Z Christmas post. Thank you for sharing this! πŸ™‚
