February 2020 Bullet Journal Setup

Hello everyone and welcome back to another blog post! You can probably guess by the title what today’s post is about so I won’t offer that explanation. I can’t believe February is here now. January flew by but at the same time, it felt like it went on for about 58 years. Did anyone else feel like that? Let me know! Anyway, this month’s theme is all about the roses so without further ado, let’s get to it!

Cover Page

For my cover page, I went for another minimalist setup which I really like. I’m really into a border for some reason so I had to add that to the setup too. I love how clean and tidy the cover page and you all know I’ve been loving a quote to accompany the cover page. I like the added detail of including a rose for the “o” and I’m just very happy with the overall outcome.

Monthly Spread

As you can see, I have gone for a combination of a vertical spread and calendar spread for this month. Last month’s layout didn’t work for me so I’m hoping this will be more of what I’m after for a monthly spread. I got this inspiration from AmandaRachLee’s January Plan With Me on Youtube. I haven’t done a vertical layout for so long but I still miss a calendar so when I saw this in her video, I knew I had to recreate it for myself in February! I’m really happy with the layout and the continuation of the theme.

Habit and Mood Tracker

My habit and mood trackers have significantly changed since January. I was getting a little bored of the individual habit tracker so I decided to go back to a combined tracker. I will use a cross to show when I have completed a habit so I can’t wait to see how this turns out.

As for my mood tracker, I did not enjoy the previous layout where I lettered out a word to describe my mood for each day. I found it difficult to come up with a word that effectively described my mood. Therefore, I have gone back to a colouring mood tracker which will just be a lot easier for me to maintain!

Sleep Tracker and Gratitude Log

My sleep tracker has remained the same for February. I have really enjoyed using this layout for January so I have brought it with me into February. The only thing I have changed is added fewer hours of the night to give me more room.

For my gratitude log, the functionality of it remains the same but the layout is different. I didn’t think it would look right with the title in the middle like I normally go for so I have simply moved that to the top and will write what I’m grateful for beneath!

Instagram and Blog Schedule and Content Ideas

I have been using a calendar for my Instagram schedule for a while now and I have really enjoyed its usefulness for me so it appears again in February. I have also added some blank space at the bottom for content ideas so I can brainstorm a few things in relation to Instagram.

Because this has worked well for me for Instagram, I have also added in a replica of the spread for my Blog. Again, the same thing applies to the scheduling and brainstorming of content. I am confident that this will be really beneficial to me.

February Goals Review and February Reflection

I haven’t used this spread in January as of yet because I will be filling it out at the end of the month. However, I am looking forward to filling it out and because of this reason, I have decided to keep this spread for February. I have decided to freely write about my goals though so as not to restrict myself but everything else remains the same.

Brain Dump

The final spread is, of course, my brain dump which appears in every single setup. It works really well for me and that’s all I have to say!

Thank you so much for reading and I shall see you in my next post.

Love Beth
