For centuries, people have recorded their thoughts and daily happenings. Sometimes they’ve done it for themselves, just to keep a record of what went on in life. Sometimes they’ve done it to be able to turn back to it for creative reasons, such as writing stories. But keeping records has also evolved to some really amazing journals and diaries. One of the more popular right now is called a Bullet Journal.
What makes a Bullet Journal different is that it starts with a blank journal, and then gives the creator permission and tools to be able to record not only the present but the past and the future, too. There are lots of ways to organise any sort of journal, but a Bullet Journal, in general, starts with an index that records a few essential dividers, including ones such as monthly or future. Page headings and page numbers help to give it structure. What else do you need to know? This graphic explains it.
