Hello everyone and happy June. Can I just start off by saying how the hell is it June already? It feels like yesterday I felt accomplished after managing to complete Blogmas.
As it’s the beginning of the month, it obviously means I am back with my June Bullet Journal Setup. This month’s theme is a cacti/cactus theme (someone please correct me in the comments. Thank you) and I am really pleased with the way it turned out. Without further ado, let’s get started.
Cover Page
So, as I have mentioned already, the theme for this month was a cactus/cacti theme and I am absolutely in love with the cover page. I decided to go for something a little bit different in terms of the composition. I chose big letters this time and I like the way it has turned out. It looks minimalist but at the same time, it fills up the page nicely. I then put some green washi tape at the bottom to wrap things up nicely. Overall, I am very happy with the way my cover page has turned out!
Monthly Spread
Good news everybody! The calendar layout has made a return. I have missed this layout a lot and so I thought I would have to bring it back once again. I love the different cactus/cacti at the top of the calendar and I also really like the use of the white gel pen to write the days of the week. I also included the big letters again because I think it works really well down the side of the calendar. For reference, each square is 6×6 dots.
Trackers
Let’s start with the first double page spread which includes a habit and mood tracker. As you can see, I have returned back to the individual habit tracker layout which is my favourite layout to do. I especially like this layout because there are 30 days in June and therefore I could do the squares in rows of 10. For my mood tracker, I decided to stick with a graph layout because I really enjoyed that last month and it worked very well. I then of course included cactus/cacti to keep with the theme and used big bold betters and some washi tape to decorate!
The next double page spread includes my usual sleep tracker and a weight tracker. The sleep tracker has remained the same because that has consistently worked well for me and so I’m continuing with that layout. A new edition for this month, the first of many actually, is a weight tracker. I’m currently on a diet and I’m starting to exercise more and so I’ve decided to keep track of my progress on paper. When I use up this journal, I will include a weight tracker as part of my yearly spread so I can keep track of the progress towards my goal. However, I am sure this will work well for me until then.
Journal Spreads
Here are some more new editions to my monthly setup. I was losing motivation to journal in a separate notebook and so I decided to include these spreads so I can make sure I continue to journal.
The first spread is one I’ve been doing for a while and one you will have seen already. The gratitude log. This layout works really well for me and so I will be continuing with that.
The next spread is a new one and I’ve titled it “How am I feeling…” This spread is simply where I’m going to be documenting how I’ve felt that particular day in regards to my mental and physical health. It will only be a brief summary but I do have a feeling (no pun intended) I may have to move this spread to a double page spread.
The final spread in this journal section is a “What happened today” spread. This will be strictly about the events that happened on that day as opposed to my thoughts and feelings. I’m looking forward to seeing how I get on with this spread. However, I think this spread may also need to be extended onto two double page spreads.
I really hope this journal section works out well for me as I like the idea of it now! I will of course let you know in due course.
Brain Dump
And of course, we end with the brain dump spread. I am a huge fan of this spread because of how versatile it is!
Thank you so much for reading everyone and speak soon!

I absolutely adore the cactus theme! I wish I could keep up with a bullet journal but I’ve tried and failed so many times. Always happy to nose around at other’s monthly set-ups though! xx

Really good setup. Great cactus drawings! I love to go through the blogs at the beginning of each month and look at everyone’s monthly setup (although mine is getting simpler and simpler).
Thanks for sharing.

This looks gorgeous! I made a (somewhat half hearted) attempt at a bullet journal but can’t draw page designs that are anywhere near as nice as yours!

omg your post came out so beautifully! I’ve been so bland with my spreads recently, but I’m obsessed with your opening to june and your calendar! Cacti look like they’re so difficult to draw, but in actuality they’re really not! Great post xxx

Your pages are so awesome! I like how simple they are but still not boring. And you have an amazing handwriting – specially the headers. Do you have any tips on how to get this amazing handwriting? š

Thank you so much! And tbh, I just practice a lot! If youāre doing lettering for the headers (calligraphy) with a brush pen, make sure itās one thatās quite sturdy bc it will be a lot easier to use! š
